This Privacy Policy explains how WYZ Digital (“WYZ,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit wyzdigital.com (the “Site”), request a free growth plan, book a call, subscribe to our newsletter or chat with Wiz, our AI guide. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form or chat with us, we collect what you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, website, your answers to the growth plan questions and any message you send.

Information collected automatically. We count page views with a first-party, cookieless counter that records the page visited, referrer and basic device information. If Google Analytics is enabled, Google may set cookies and collect usage data under its own privacy policy. The chat stores an anonymous visitor ID in your browser so a returning conversation can be grouped together.

How we use your information

• To prepare and email your free growth plan and respond to your requests.
• To contact you by email, phone or text about your request, as you consent to on our forms.
• To send our newsletter and, if you opt in, marketing messages. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand how the Site is used and improve it.
• To protect the Site against spam, fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.

Text messages (SMS)

If you consent on one of our forms, we may send text messages about your request and, if you separately opt in, marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, such as:

• Hosting and storage (Vercel, Neon) to run the Site and store submissions.
• Email delivery (Resend) to send your growth plan and notifications.
• AI services (Anthropic) to power the Wiz chat, when enabled.
• Analytics (Google Analytics), when enabled.

These providers may only use the information to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.

Data retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or opt out of marketing, by emailing hello@wyzdigital.com. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights under local law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Children

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Links to other sites

The Site links to client websites and other third-party sites. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated policy.
